Space Telescope Resupply

It was quickly determined that to make the Infrared Telescope work it had to be cold, and the crap load of liquid helium that had been sent up on the launch of the telescope was not going to last very long at all, so a quick resupply mission was thrown together to send up additional liquid helium to the new space telescope.  The launched pictured is actually that of a failed test launch.  Werner von Kerman learned after all control was lost with this craft that liquid helium cryostats require significant power to maintain cryogenic storage...
